Adolf Hitler as an infant.Adolf Hitler was born April 20, 1889 at Braunau am Inn, Austria, a village in Upper Austria, bordering Germany, the third son and fourth child of six.[1][2] His father, Alois Hitler, (born Schicklgruber), (1837–1903), was a customs official in Austria-Hungary on the German border; his mother, Klara Pölzl, (1860–1907), Alois's second cousin (presumably), was his father's third wife. Because of the close kinship of the two, a papal dispensation had to be obtained for the marriage, both being Roman Catholic. Of Alois and Klara's six children, only Adolf and his sister Paula reached adulthood.[2] Hitler's father also had a son, Alois Jr, and a daughter, Angela, by his second wife.[2] There were no children by his first wife.[2]
Alois Hitler was born illegitimate.[3] For the first 39 years of his life he bore his mother's surname, Schicklgruber.[3] In 1876, he began using the surname of his stepfather, Johann Georg Hiedler, after visiting a priest who was responsible for birth registries who had Johann Hiedler declared to be his father.[3] The name was variously spelled Hiedler, Huetler, Huettler and Hitler and probably changed to "Hitler" by a clerk. The origin of the name is either from the German word Hittler and similar, "one who lives in a hut", "shepherd", or from the Slavic word Hidlar and Hidlarcek.
Later, Hitler was accused by enemies of not being a Hitler, but a Schicklgruber. Allied propaganda exploited this during World War II. Pamphlets bearing the phrase "Heil Schicklgruber" were airdropped over German cities. Adolf was legally born a Hitler, however, and was also related to Hiedler via his maternal grandmother, Johanna Hiedler.
The name, "Adolf", comes from Old High German for "noble wolf" (Adel=nobility + wolf).[4] Hence, not surprisingly, one of Hitler's self-given nicknames was Wolf or Herr Wolf — he began using this nickname in the early 1920s and was addressed by it only by intimates (as "Uncle Wolf" by the Wagners) up until the fall of the Third Reich.[5] The names of his various headquarters scattered throughout continental Europe (Wolfsschanze in East Prussia, Wolfsschlucht in France, Werwolf in Ukraine, etc.) reflect this. By his closest family and relatives, Hitler was known as "Adi".
As a boy, Hitler said he was whipped almost daily by his father. Years later he told his secretary, "I then resolved never again to cry when my father whipped me. A few days later I had the opportunity of putting my will to the test. My mother, frightened, took refuge in the front of the door. As for me, I counted silently the blows of the stick which lashed my rear end."[6]
Hitler's paternal grandfather was probably one of the brothers Johann Georg Hiedler or Johann Nepomuk Hiedler. There were rumours that Hitler was one-quarter Jewish and that his grandmother, Maria Schicklgruber, became pregnant while working as a servant in a Jewish household. During the 1920s, the implications of these rumours were politically explosive, especially for the proponent of a racist ideology. Opponents tried to prove that Hitler had Jewish or Czech ancestors. Although these rumours were never confirmed, for Hitler they were reason enough to conceal his origins. According to Robert G. L. Waite in The Psychopathic God: Adolf Hitler, Hitler made it illegal for German women to work in Jewish households, and after the "Anschluss" (annexation) of Austria, Hitler had his father's hometown obliterated by turning it into an artillery practice area. Thus Hitler seems to have betrayed a fear of being Jewish. Waite says that Hitler's insecurities in this regard may have been more important than whether Judaic ancestry could have been proven by his peers.
Alois Hitler's family moved often, from Braunau to Passau, Lambach, Leonding, and Linz. Adolf Hitler was a good student at the elementary schools he attended; however, in sixth grade (1900–1), his first year of high school (Realschule) in Linz, he failed and had to repeat the grade. His teachers reported that he had "no desire to work." One of Hitler's classmates in the Linz Realschule was Ludwig Wittgenstein, one of the great philosophers of the 20th century.[7]
Hitler explained his educational slump as a rebellion against his father, who wanted the boy to follow him in a career as a customs official, although Adolf wanted to become a painter. This explanation is further supported by Hitler's later description of himself as a misunderstood artist. However, after Alois died on January 3, 1903, when Adolf was 13, Hitler's schoolwork did not improve. At the age of 16, Hitler left school with no qualifications.
The country's official name was Siam (Thai: สยาม; IPA: [saˈjaːm], RTGS: Sayam) until 24 June 1939.[1] It was again called Siam between 1945 and May 11, 1949, when it was once more changed by official proclamation. The word Thai (ไทย) is derived from the word Tai (ไท) meaning "freedom" in the Thai language and is also the name of the majority ethnic group.
A century later, Sukhothai's power was overshadowed by the larger Siamese kingdom of Ayutthaya, established in the mid-14th century. After the sack of Angkor by the Siamese armies in 1431, much of the Khmer court and its Hindu customs were brought to Ayuthaya, and Khmer customs and rituals were adopted into the courtly culture of Siam.
After Ayuthaya fell in 1767 to the Burmese, Thonburi was the capital of Thailand for a brief period under King Taksin the Great. The current (Ratthanakosin) era of Thai history began in 1782 following the establishment of Bangkok as capital of the Chakri dynasty under King Rama I the Great.
European powers began traveling to Thailand in the 16th century. Despite European pressure, Thailand is the only Southeast Asian country never to have been colonized by a European power. The two main reasons for this is that Thailand had a long succession of very able rulers in the 1800s and that it was able to exploit the rivalry and tension between the French and the British. As a result, the country remained as a buffer state between parts of Southeast Asia that were colonised by the two colonial powers. Despite this, Western influence led to many reforms in the 19th century and major concessions to British trading interests. This included the loss of the three southern provinces, which later became Malaysia's three northern states.
In 1932, a bloodless revolution resulted in a new constitutional monarchy. During the war, Thailand was allied with Japan. Yet after the war, it became an ally of the United States. Thailand then went through a series of coups d'état, but eventually progressed towards democracy in the 1980s.
In 1997, Thailand was hit with the Asian financial crisis and the Thai baht for a short time peaked at 56 baht to the U.S. Dollar compared to about 25 baht to the dollar before 1997. Since then the baht has regained most of it's strength and as of May, 2007, is valued at 33 baht to the US dollar.
The official calendar in Thailand is based on Eastern version of the Buddhist Era, which is 543 years ahead of the Gregorian (western) calendar. For example, the year 2007 AD is called 2550 BE in Thailand.

In humans, the adult skull is normally made up of 29 bones. Except for the mandible, all of the bones of the skull are joined together by sutures, rigid articulations permitting very little movement. Eight bones form the neurocranium (braincase), a protective vault surrounding the brain. Fourteen bones form the skunt, the bones supporting the face. Encased within the temporal bones are the six ear ossicles of the middle ears, though these are not part of the skull. The hyoid bone, supporting the tongue, is usually not considered as part of the skull either, as it does not articulate with any other bones, though it may be considered a part of the skunt.
The skull contains the sinus cavities, which are air-filled cavities lined with respiratory epithelium, which also lines the large airways. The exact functions of the sinuses are unclear; they may contribute to lessening the weight of the skull with a minimal reduction in strength,or they may be important in improving the resonance of the voice. In some animals, such as the elephant, the sinuses are extensive. The elephant skull needs to be very large, to form an attachment for muscles of the neck and trunk, but is also unexpectedly light; the comparatively small brain-case is surrounded by large sinuses which reduce the weight. The meninges are the three layers, or membranes, which surround the structures of the nervous system. They are known as the dura mater, the arachnoid mater and the pia mater. Other than being classified together, they have little in common with each other.
In humans, the anatomical position for the skull is the Frankfurt plane, where the lower margins of the orbits and the upper borders of the ear canals are all in a horizontal plane. This is the position where the subject is standing and looking directly forward. For comparison, the skulls of other species, notably primates and hominids, may sometimes be studied in the Frankfurt plane. However, this does not always equate to a natural posture in life.

Gedurende het poseren wordt van het model verwacht dat het niet beweegt. Rekening houdend met de fysieke beperkingen van het model, wordt het poseren regelmatig onderbroken voor pauzes; bijvoorbeeld volgens een schema van 25 minuten poseren en 10 minuten pauze. De ervaring en de bekwaamheid van het model alsmede de moeilijkheidsgraad van de pose zullen bij het vaststellen van de duur van de poseersessie een rol spelen.
Poses kunnen verdeeld worden in drie categorieën: staand, zittend, en liggend. Binnen ieder van deze bestaan verschillende moeilijkheidsgraden, zodat de ene categorie niet altijd makkelijker is dan een andere. Kunstenaars en docenten zullen vaak poses kiezen waarbij de spieren en spiergroepen actief zijn voor meer dynamische en esthetische onderwerpen. Bekende poses als gedraaide standen, hangend zitten en in het bijzonder de klassieke contrapposto zijn moeilijk gedurende langere tijd vol te houden.

Korte dynamische poses kunnen gebruikt worden voor het weergeven van actie. Hierbij neemt het model een pose aan die niet lang is vol te houden, maar juist lang genoeg om de kunstenaar de gelegenheid te geven snel de essentie ervan vast te leggen. Voor langduriger poses waarbij het model een of meer pauzes moet nemen, worden vaak krijttekens of plakband gebruikt als referentie voor de positie van het model.

Bakaffa was nəgusä nägäst (throne name Asma Sagad, later Masih Sagad Ge'ez መሲህ ሰገድ, "to whom the anointed bows") (May 18, 1721 – September 19, 1730) of Ethiopia, and a member of the Solomonic dynasty. He was a son of Emperor Iyasu I and brother to Emperors Tekle Haymanot I and Dawit III.
Bakaffa spent his childhood confined on Wehni, but during earlier unrest escaped to live with the Oromo; when he was recaptured, part of his nose was cut off as punishment, to disqualify him for the throne. Nevertheless, upon the death of his brother Emperor Dawit III, he was selected to succeed him against the wishes of a sizeable group backing Welde Giyorgis, the son of Nagala Mammit.
While his reign was broken by few wars, Donald Levine observes that he "spent his days breaking the power of the feudal lords and strengthening the hand of the monarchy."[1] However, Paul B. Henze believes that "his most valuable contribution to his capital and his country was his second wife, Mentewab ('How Beautiful!')".[2]
Bakaffa also added new buildings to the capital city of Gondar. He and Mentewab built the last new buildings in the Royal Enclosure at the capital.[3] He also devoted much of his rule travelling in disguise arouond his realm to seek out inequities to correct, acts which, according to Edward Ullendorff, "have long become part of Ethiopian folklore."[4] It is believed that he met Empress Mentewab (his second wife) when he was on one of his frequent trips in disguise, and fell ill while visiting her home district of Qwara. He was put to bed in her father's house and she had nursed him during his illness, and upon his recovery, he had married her.
An enduring tragic mystery is that of the death of his first wife. The Emperor had crowned his previous wife in the palace, and she had proceeded to the banqueting hall to preside over her coronation banquet. After taking part in the meal, she suddenly took ill and died that very night. Rumors of poisoning were rife. Mentewab arrived as the new Empress in Gondar to a court that was suspicious and full of intrigue and danger. That she was able to engineer her way to power and influence in such an environment is very impressive, not to mention the dominant role that she would seize upon her husband's death.
However, Bakaffa's reign at the time was not entirely happy. Fearful of the danger of insurrections against him, in 1727 he tested the attitude of his subjects by hiding in his palace for many days, with the result that the nobles and populace were alarmed. The governor of the city put a guard around the Imperial palace, at which point the crafty ruler emerged and rode to the church of Debre Berhan. While the unfortunate governor and several associates were executed the next day, Richard Pankhurst notes the public shared in this disaffection, quoting James Bruce that when rumor of Bakaffa's death circulated, "the joy was so great, so universal, that nobody attempted to conceal it"; and when he revealed that he was actually still alive,
There was no occasion to accuse the guilty. The whole court, and all stangers attending there upon business, fled, and spread a universal terror through the whole streets of Gondar. [...] What this sedition would have ended in, it is hard to know, had it not been for the immediate resolution of the king, who ordered a general pardon and amnesty to be proclaimed at the door of the palace.
Notwithstanding this clemency, Bakaffa later was quoted as remarking that although he loved the inhabitants of Gondar, they only responded with hate.[5]
A marvel of his reign, recorded in his Royal Chronicle,[6] was the construction of a new kind of boat on Lake Tana in 1726 by two foreigners from Egypt, Demetros and Giyorgis, unlike the traditional ones built from reeds

Alfredo Talavera Díaz (born September 18, 1982 in La Barca, Jalisco) is currently the back-up goalkeeper for Chivas de Guadalajara, wearing jersey #17. He stands at 6ft 1in and weighs 187 lbs. Despite his lack of playing time and young age, the agile Talavera has exceeded the expectations of fans and critics by displaying cool headedness and vibrant agility under pressure. His greatest test came during his starting debut against Chivas archrival Club América on May 1, 2004, with starter Oswaldo Sánchez having received a red card the previous game. Talavera single-handedly rescued the team's uncollaborative defense, maintaining América's constant and dangerous attack to only one goal. His greatest moment of glory during that game, however, came when he blocked famous forward Cuauhtémoc Blanco's penalty shot, who until that point had not missed a single penalty kick in his professional history.
With Sánchez out during the first part of the Clausura 2005 with a shoulder injury, Talavera responded very well as a starter against teams from the Primera Division de Mexico, and also coming through against South American teams for Copa Libertadores.
Alfredo was really put to the test after Sanchez was called on April 2, 2006 to the Mexican National Team that would dispute the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. Ever since, he has started 6 Clausura 2006 games for Chivas and received 1 yellow card. In the first game he started, he was roughed up by Monarcas Morelia by the score of 2-0. This was followed by an embarrassing loss to Atlas in the Clasico Tapatio, 3-0. In the final game of the season, he let two go by as Chivas lost to Toluca, 2-0.
In the second game of the two-game series against Independiente Santa Fe for the Copa Libertadores, Talavera received a 3-1 shellacking, although Chivas did advance to the quarterfinals.
Talavera is not hard to recognize, since he follows Jorge Campos' unpopular tradition of wearing a pink uniform. In fact he, he is known to some as "La Pantera Rosa" or The Pink Panther. Talavera makes the love of the game worthwhile, with his flying saves and outstanding blocked shots.
Talavera played with Chivas during the 2005 and 2006 editions of the Copa Libertadores. He also started against Spanish superpower Real Madrid in an exhibition played in the United States, where the Rojiblancos lost 3-2.
After team icon and starter Oswaldo Sanchez left to play for Santos Laguna, Talavera is currently the back-up goalie, behind Luis Ernesto Michel.

Yapılışı:

Bir su bardağı ağzı veya tırtıklı bisküvi kalıbı ile parçalar kesin. Üç yufkaya da bu işlemi uygulayın. Kestiğiniz yufkaların her katına 1/2 çay kaşığı harç koyup beş hamur parçasını tamamlayın. En üstteki yufkaya, harç koymadan parmağınızla ortasına bastırın. Yufkalar bitinceye kadar bu işlemi sürdürün. Bir tavada sıvı yağı kızdırın. Hazırladığınız börekleri çevirerek, pembeleşinceye kadar kızartın. Sıcak servis yapın.

Amy Freeze is a meteorologist for WFLD in Chicago, IL . She presents the weather during newscasts at 9 p.m. and now "The Ten." Freeze has certificate number 111 from the American Meteorological Society as a Certified Broadcast Meteorolgist - she was one of the first 20 women in the world have this certification. In addition, Freeze has her National Weather Association and American Meteorological Society seals of approval. She is a two-time National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy Award winner. Before joining WFLD, she worked for NBC's WCAU in Philadelphia for four years. During that time she went to the plaza in New York City to fill in for the weekend Today Show. She also worked in Denver's at both KWGN and KMGH. Freeze has had a cameo appearance on the sitcom "Scrubs." Freeze uses viewers' digital photos capturing the weather, including them in her forecasts as "Freeze Frame."
She has completed five marathons.
Amy along with her husband had won a national fitness competition called Body-for-LIFE.

Müzik ve görüntü oynatıcısı ipod modelleriyle satış rekoru kıran Amerikalı teknoloji devi Apple, bu yılın ilk üç ayındaki kazancını, geçen yılın aynı dönemine oranla yüzde 88 artırdı.
Firmanın, 2007’nin ilk çeyreğinde 10,5 milyon ipod sattığı, geçen yılın aynı döneminde 410 milyon dolar olan kazancın 770 milyon dolara yükseldiği bildirildi.
Ipod’la beraber Macintosh dizüstü bilgisayarlara da (Macbook) büyük talep olduğu, bunun Apple’ın 4,3 milyar dolardan 5.2 milyar dolara fırlayan satış gelirine büyük katkı sağladığı belirtildi.
Apple, yılın ilk çeyreğindeki satış rakamlarının, firma tarihinin rekorunu kırdığını kaydetti. Firma, ilk satışını yaptığı 2001 yılından bu yana 100 milyon ipod sattığını açıklamıştı. ipod

1965 yılında Syd Barrett(gitar), Roger Waters(bas gitar), Nick Mason(Davul) ve Richard Wright(Keyboard) tarafından kurulmuştur. Syd Barrett grubun kurulduğunda Sigma 6 olan ismini iki blues ustası Pink Anderson ve Floyd Council'in isimlerini birleştirerek "The Pink Floyd Sound" olarak belirlemiştir. İlk kurulduğunda grupta Bob Klose adlı bir gitarist daha bulunmaktaydı ancak daha sonra müzikal farklılıklar yüzünden gruptan ayrıldı. Arnold Layne single'ı ile müzik dünyasına girdiler. İlk albümleri The Piper at the Gates of Dawn bir şarkı dışında tamamen Barrett imzalıydı. Kompleks bir sound'a sahip bu albümden sonra 1969 yılında Syd Barrett'in yaşadığı uyuşturucu sorunları ve şizofreni hastası olması nedeniyle gruba David Gilmour(gitar) katılmıştır. A Saucerful of Secrets grubun beş kişi ile yayınladığı tek albümdür. Ancak Barrett, sadece Jugband Blues adlı şarkıyı yazmış ve Remember A Day'de gitar çalmıştır. Sorunlarının artmasıyla sadece söz yazarı olarak grupla anlaşan Syd daha sonra gruptan ayrılmıştır
4 kişi kalan Pink Floyd 1969'da ilk iki LP'lik albümleri Ummagummayı çıkarmışlardı. İlk LP'si 4 tane canlı performanstan ikinci LP ise grubun solo çalışmalarından oluşmuştu. Daha sonra çıkardıkları Atom Heart Mother,Meddle ve Obscured By Clouds ile grupça psychedelic müziğin en güzel örneklerini vermişlerdi.
1973 yılında çıkardıkları Dark Side Of The Moon adlı albüm 40 milyondan fazla satarak dünyanın en çok satan rock albümü olmuştur. Bu albümle beraber grubun basçısı Waters'ın grupta egemenliği daha ön plana çıkmıştır. Dark Side Of The Moon'dan 2,5 yıl sonra 1975 yılında 6 ay süren bir stüdyo çalışmasının ardından Wish You Were Here piyasaya çıktı. Albümde yer alan Shine On You Crazy Diamond Barrett'ın anısına yapılmıştır. Bu albümden sonra Pink Floyd çalışmalarına iki yıl ara verdi. 1977' de yine bir Harvest yapımı olan Animals'ı piyasaya çıkardılar. George Orwell'in ünlü eseri Hayvan Çiftliği'ne nazireten, çeşitli kişilik yapılarının birer hayvan olarak sembolize edildiği albüm oldukça ilgi çekti. Aynı yıl haziran ayında bir ABD turu yaptılar.
Animals' ın ardından 1979 yılında piyasaya çıkan The Wall, Pink Floyd'un bir diğer önemli albümüdür. Bu albümde "Pink" adındaki bir karakterin doğumundan itibaren olan süreç incelenmiş, savaş, babaya duyulan hasret, eğitim sistemi, aldatma gibi konular işlenmiştir. Aynı ismi taşıyan bir filmi de vardır.
1983'te, The Wall'dan artan parçalar ile yapılan The Final Cut, aynı zamanda grubun bir kriz içerisinde olduğunun açık göstergesi olmuştur. Roger Waters'ın, Richard Wright'ın albümde çalmasına izin vermemesi ve Nick Mason'ın albümdeki bazı parçalarda çalmasını istemeyişi sonucu Richard Wright gruptan ayrılmış, David Gilmour da sadece tek parça seslendirmiştir. Bir süre sonra Roger Waters ile David Gilmour arasındaki anlaşmazlık sonucu Roger Waters grubu terk etmiştir.
1983'ten sonra 1994'e kadar grup elemanlarının solo albümleri yayınlamakla beraber, 1987 yılında Roger Waters olmadan yaptıkları ilk albüm olan A Momentary Lapse of Reason piyasaya çıktı. Ancak Roger Waters'ın grubu dava edeceği yönündeki tehditleri sonucu, albümde Pink Floyd adı altında sadece David Gilmour ve Nick Mason çalmış, Richard Wright ise albümde çalan diğer sanatçılar arasında gösterilmiştir.
1994'te David Gilmour, Wright ve Mason The Division Bell albümünü yayınladılar. Bu albüm çıkışından iki hafta sonra ABD' de 1. sıraya yükseldi.
Pink Floyd aynı yıl içinde iki CD'den oluşan Pulse adlı konser albümünü çıkardı.
1981 yılındaki Earls Court (Londra) konserinin ardindan bir daha sahnede birlikte görülmeyen grubun orijinal kadrosu, 2 Temmuz 2005 tarihinde Londra Hyde Park'ta düzenlenen Live 8 yardım konserlerinde bir araya geldi ve "Breathe", "Money", "Wish you were here" ve "Comfortably Numb" parçalarını canlı olarak çaldı.
Grup kurucularından Syd Barrett, 7 Temmuz 2006'da hayatını kaybetmiştir.

Larry Linville (September 29, 1939 – April 10, 2000) was an American actor.
Larry Linville was born in Ojai, California, and is best known for his portrayal of obnoxious, self-important Major Frank Burns in the television series M*A*S*H.
In stark contrast to the belligerent, callous, mean-spirited, and selfish Frank, Larry Linville himself has often been described by the show's other cast members as a kind, friendly man who was very open-minded and courteous to those around him. When the show started, Larry signed a five-year contract and was offered to renew for two more seasons when his contract expired, but he declined. After five seasons, Larry had grown tired of playing the same negative, cartoonish antagonist, especially since during that period, the show's tone had changed from pure comedy to more dramatically focused storylines, and he decided to leave the series so that he could pursue other more challenging roles.
He was married five times, to Vana Tribbey, Kate Geer, Melissa Gallant, Susan Haganand, and Deborah Guydon. His only child, Kelly Linville (born 1970) is a photo technician in Los Angeles, California.
He starred in a total of 28 movies and TV shows. He guest starred in many TV shows - most commonly Murder, She Wrote, Fantasy Island (he appears as an inept genie trapped in a bottle), The Love Boat, and Mannix. He also appeared on episodes of the television shows Mission: Impossible, The Rockford Files (he played a petulant Frank Burns-type psychologist), and Kolchak: The Night Stalker (in which he played a doctor.) After M*A*S*H, he played a stock character - the Crazy General - along with Edward Winter in the pilot episode of Misfits of Science. He also starred in the short-lived The Jeffersons spin-off Checking In, where he played Florence Johnston's (Marla Gibbs) nemesis, Lyle Block. However, this series only lasted four episodes.
A longtime smoker and drinker, Linville began to suffer in the late 1990s as his excesses began to catch up with him. In February 1998, he underwent surgery to remove part of his lung after doctors found a malignant tumor under his sternum. His health problems continued over the next two years. Linville died of pneumonia in New York City on April 10, 2000, after complications from cancer surgery. Linville died, on fellow MASH actor Harry Morgan's 85th birthday.

Cilt neden kurur?
Cilt kuruluğunun ana sebebi cildin ihtiyacından daha az su ve yağ bulundurması yani yeterince nemlenmemiş olmasıdır. Bu tip ciltler genellikle yıpranmış görünümlüdür ve sürekli bir "gerilme" hissi verir. Esnek olmadıkları için gözenekleri daha sıkı olan bu tip ciltler genellikle incedir. Malesef büyük şehirlerde sıkça rastlanan bir sorun olan kireçli su kullanımı da bu sorunu artırır.

Cilt temizliğinde sadece yumuşak ve besleyici ürünler kullanılmalı
ve temizliğe büyük önem verilmelidir. Püf noktası cildi temizlerken bakımını da yapmaktır! Cildi sabah ve akşam besleyerek zayıflamış olan "hidrolipidik" (yağ-su) zarı yeniden dengelemek gerekir.
Kullanılması doğru olan ürünler...
Bu tip ciltlerin en büyük sorunu ciltte oluşan kırmızılıklar ve/veya cildin pul pul dökülmesidir. Cilde yağ kazandırıcı aktifler içeren ürünlerin kullanımı önerilir. Besleyici özellikleri yüksek olan süt/krem yapıdaki ürünlerin kullanımına öncelik verin. Doğru ürünlerle yapılacak temizlik ve bakımdan sonra yüzünüzü mutlaka yumuşak bir havluyla kurulayın. Aksi taktirde hava temasıyla kurumaya bırakılan cilt daha da fazla kuruyacaktır.

Tüm bakımlara rağmen cilt kuruluğu ve "gerilme" hissi devam ediyorsa, bunun nedeni cildin ihtiyacı olan besleyici elemanlardan yoksun olmasıdır. Bu durumda problemin yoğunluğuna göre haftada 1 veya 2 kez yüzünüze besleyici bir maske uygulayın. Maskenin kullanım süresini de dikkate alarak cildinize sunduğu besinleri "içmesi" için süre tanıyın. Genellikle, cilt ihtiyacı olan doğal depo dengesini birkaç dakikada elde eder.

- Cildin kuruluğunu tetikleyen hava kirliliği, klimalı ortam gibi dış etmenler olduğu gibi stres ve sıkıntı gibi iç etmenler de vardır. Bunlardan olabildiğince kaçınmak bakımı kolaylaştıracaktır.
- Bulunduğunuz ortamları nemli tutmaya çalışın.
- Günlük olarak cildi besleyici, yağ verici bakımlar uygulayın.
- Beslenmenizde zeytinyağı, ekmek, yağlı balıklara bolca yer verin. - Sık ve uzun süreli rejimler yapmamaya çalışın.
- Banyo yaparken duş jelleri kullanmayın.
- Cilt temizliği sırasında sürtme, ovma gibi cildi yıpratıcı hareketler yapmayın.
